We’ll agree with you the type of service you need and the delivery for your project. If through not fault of yours we miss the deadline, or the quality is not to the level we’d initially outlined, our SLA will mean you pay us less based on pre-agreed measures.

SUPPORT CONTRACTS – FIXED OR ROLLING

As well as project delivery our ongoing support contracts offer a new way for getting the support you need, our rolling hours contracts provide support based on a pay-as-you-go basis, with any unused time rolling from one month to the next.
